I’m a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, sorting out problems and helping teams lift their performance. Over the years I’ve led sales, operations and people functions both in Australia and overseas.  I’m known for keeping things straightforward, supportive and focused on outcomes. I’m big on building confidence, creating space for people to grow and making sure the team has what it needs to do good work. Commercially, I understand how to balance culture with results, and I enjoy guiding a business through the changes that help it move forward.
